The employee scans the barcode of the incoming item with a mobile data entry device. Optionally with a photo in case of damage.

Define the storage location

The storage location is recorded in the system – a specific shelf, room, or parcel station.

Notify the recipient

The recipient automatically receives a notification by e-mail or push message with the exact storage location.

Handover with signature

Upon delivery, the recipient signs digitally on the mobile device. The handover is documented in a legally compliant manner.

With di:ALog intrack, the mailroom staff scans each barcode on arrival, selects the storage location, and the system automatically notifies the recipient by e-mail including the location. Collections are confirmed with a digital signature. Processing time per parcel drops from 6 minutes to under 2.
